David Lail, Esq. | Victims’ Rights Lawyer – Justice for Victims of Crime

David Lail is a lawyer for victims only.  As a victims’ rights attorney, David represents crime victims in the civil justice system where he works to hold offenders accountable for the harm inflicted upon the innocent. Much of David’s practice is focused on serving victims of drunk driving by relentlessly pursuing unsafe bars and retailers that over-serve alcohol and put drunk drivers on our roads.  David also represents victims in a wide variety of other cases that result in life-changing injuries and loss due to the actions of others.  Regardless of the circumstances, David’s approach remains the same – build the strongest case possible for trial and let the results speak for themselves. As a lawyer advocate for victims, Lail is a member of The National Crime Victim Bar Association, The National Organization for Victim Assistance (VOCA), The National Alliance of Victims’ Rights Attorneys & Advocates (NAVRA) and he has undergone victim advocacy training through the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime Training and Technical Assistance Center (OVC TTAC).
