Paying for Your Rooms:

You can pay room balance in full before your arrival or you can pay your remaining balance when you arrive. If you decide to pay your balance at arrival using a Debit Card there is NO FEE. By paying your remaining balance at arrival with a Credit Card, there IS a 2.5% fee that will be charged. 

IMPORTANT NOTE: The first night’s stay is due when making your reservation and the balance of the stay is due at check-in. (Or it can be paid in full prior to check-in).

TYPE A, DAILY RATE - $106.22: OCEANFRONT ROOM, (SLEEPS 4) 2 BEDS, COMPACT REFRIGERATOR

TYPE B, DAILY RATE - $117.52: OCEANFRONT QUEEN, EFFICIENCY (SLEEPS 4) 2 QUEEN BEDS, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

TYPE C, DAILY RATE - $117.52: OCEANFRONT KING, EFFICIENCY (SLEEPS 4) 1 KING BED, 1 SLEEPER SOFA, FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

TYPE D, DAILY RATE - $140.12: OCEANFRONT SUITE (SLEEPS 8), 2 QUEEN BEDS, 1 MURPHY BED AND 1 SLEEPER, SOFA, 2 TV's

Conference Registration Fee: $375

  • 2026 membership dues are included in your conference costs

  • The deadline to cancel registrations and receive a refund with the exception of the membership dues is Monday, August 25, 2025.

  • The last day to register for the conference is Friday, September 12, 2025.  After this date, registration is closed.

Credit Hours:

Continuing education credits are being sought for Victim Service Providers (VSP) and Law Enforcement Education (CLEE)

Conference Meals:

  • BREAKFAST BUFFET DAILY:  served Tuesday – Friday

  • LUNCH: provided on Tuesday

  • DINNER: On your own except Thursday night at the President’s Ball
